RETURN POLICY

At Vibrissae we stand behind the effectiveness of our nose hair removal wax kit.  If, for whatever reason, you are not happy with the results of our kit, we offer a 30-day window to return the product to us.  We also offer the option to have your product replaced in case you received a defective unit.  In order to be eligible for this, we ask that no more than 4 of the injection applicators be used, so that we can then verify that you didn't use the entire kit.  If more than 4 injection applicators are used, this return policy will not be valid for a full refund.  Please send us an email or call us and we will get an RMA number sent to you to start the return process.  Please include the RMA number you receive from us when you return the hair removal wax kit.  Once we receive it and verify that it meets the return requirement, we will give you a full refund to the card that was used for the purchase or we can exchange your product for a new one.  Shipping costs must be covered by the customer.  Please send your used wax kit to the return address below.
